good morning sunshine today is Monday June 7th 2021 Sierra Willie December this week we will hear stories of miracles in the Bible today we were here goes from the Old Testament the scripture passage today refers to the miraculous way God brought the Hebrew people out of slavery in Egypt in the name of the father son Holy Spirit a reading from the book of Deuteronomy amendment that the Lord your God charge me to teach you to observe in the land that you are about to cross into an occupied here therefore do is real and observe them diligently so that it may go out with you is that you may multiply greatly in a land flowing with milk when your children ask you ask you in time to come what is the meaning of the decrees in the statues in the ordinances that your lord Our God has commanded you you shall say to your children we were pharaohs play it in Egypt but the Lord brought us out of Egypt with a mighty hand then the Lord commanded us to observe all the statues for lard last in God so as to Keep Us Alive as it is now the case the word of the Lord what is silently in your heart how would you know something was a miracle from God let us pray almighty God throughout history you have brought freedom to your people by our faith and you let us breathe free from the slavery of sin Lady of surgical man and Faithfully we ask this through Christ Our Lord amen in the name of the father son holy spirit amen please room move your hands and stand for the Pledge of Allegiance I pledge of allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands one nation under God indivisible with liberty and justice for all please join me in the mission statement we are Assumption Catholic School a Ministry of the Church of the Assumption of the diverse Community we're so awkward MX and model price for each individual is safe nurtured hidden treasure happy Monday did you know that Monday gets in from the word maandig which translates to the moon's day this is because Nordic cultures Monday is so devoted to celebrating a moon goddess attention to the moon today hi today is National chocolate ice cream day I don't like chocolate ice cream I waiting for National cookies and cream but if you do go enjoy some chocolate ice cream hi exemption I can't believe it's our last week of school this school year has been so and we have faced many problems we have never faced before or through all the confusion assumption was able to power through the year so if you are a parent teacher or part of the Assumption faculty check yourself on the back because you deserve it to think about today is an expert in anything was once a beginner lastly don't forget to bring your book today for drop off anything and read everything and have a miraculous Monday thank you
