good morning good morning sunshine school today is Friday May 28th 2021 today's reading is from Saint Paul to the early Christian communities in galatia the name of the father and of the Son and the Holy Spirit a reading from the letter of Paul to the Galatians were you were called to Freedom brothers and sisters only do not use your freedom as an opportunity for self-indulgence but through love become slaves to one another with a whole lot of summed up in a single command you should you shall love your neighbor as yourself the fruit of the spirit is love joy peace patience generosity fearfulness gentleness and self-control if we live by the spirit let us also be guided by the spirit let's not be conceited competing against one another envying one another the word of the Lord think about this silently in your heart which fruits of the Holy Spirit do you have which boots do you need spirit of God fill our hearts with love for our neighbor grant us love peace patience kindness generosity faithfulness gentleness and self-control we ask this in Christ name amen please remove all hats and hoods and stand for the Pledge of Allegiance I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands one nation under God indivisible with liberty and justice for all please join me in the mission statement we are Assumption Catholic School history of the Church of the Assumption as a diverse Community we excel in academics and model Christ for each individual is safe nurtured respected and treasured hello assumption today is National Hamburger Day make sure to get out those cooking supplies and back to Tasty Burger let us know your favorite toppings inside my favorite topping is cheese assumption welcome to fun fact Friday today I'll be telling you what the word you may not have heard it falter again falter this word means to clumsily dance over the weekend you should bother as much as you can have a good day hey something this is the 20 2021 SLT second-to-last morning assembly I know it's been I have been it has been amazing to meet the new staff and I noticed a bright future one of the most important aspects of being a leader is to all to be a role model to your community if you ever have a problem or comment feel free to talk to the new leadership team they're here for you and to set an example for the school we have full faith in the new team that this next year will be spectacular I wish that I could be here and so on behalf of all the salty thank you for listening and have a fantastic friday
