Our 8th-grade students have officially begun their exciting journey toward high school! Over the next few weeks, the class will be touring several local high schools to help them explore their options, experience different campus cultures, and prepare for the upcoming admissions season.
The students have already kicked off their schedule with two fantastic visits and have another one coming up soon:
- Bishop O'Dowd High School (Visited on September 3rd)
- Saint Joseph Notre Dame High School (Visited on September 14th)
- Moreau Catholic High School (Upcoming visit on September, 29th)
They represented Assumption beautifully at their first two stops, asking insightful questions and getting a firsthand look at high school life. Assumption students got to reunite with many Assumption alumni students, got to sit in on high school classes, speak with teachers and administrators and were even treated to lunch by the host school. Saint Joseph’s even gifted our class with a basketball, which we know they will put to good use at recess.
