Executive Takeover

Move over, Mrs. Rocheford—there was a new sheriff in town, and she wore the official high-visibility yard duty vest with absolute pride.

After winning the highly coveted Principal for a Day experience at the auction, student Emma K. stepped into the corner office to show us all how it’s really done. Rumor has it she had an absolute blast working her shift as the "PFAD"—because a true leader always speaks in cool corporate acronyms.

Emma didn’t just sit behind a desk looking important; she hit the ground running with a packed executive schedule:

  • Teacher Evaluations: Emma was spotted conducting rigorous classroom observations, watching the teachers in action to see firsthand just how this school is run. (Teachers were reportedly on their absolute best behavior).

  • The Power of the Pen: Showing her softer side, she assisted the 3rd-grade team by personally placing stickers on corrected worksheets.

  • Yard Duty Dominance: Cloaked in the vest of authority, Principal Emma patrolled the yard during recess, keeping the peace and ensuring maximum fun.

  • Executive Perks: A hard day of administrative labor requires serious fuel. Principal Emma bypassed the standard cafeteria fare for an elite executive lunch: a massive burrito washed down with a premium hot chocolate.

When asked about her tenure, Emma reported that she loved seeing the inner workings of Assumption. We are happy to report the school survived her leadership, though the teachers are breathing a sigh of relief that they passed her inspection.

Thank you to Emma’s family for supporting our fundraising auction, and kudos to Principal Emma K. for a job well done! (Don't get too comfortable, though... Mrs. Rocheford wants her parking spot back).
