As we look ahead to the 2026-2027 school year, we are excited to announce a new opportunity to join our dedicated staff! We are currently seeking a dynamic, organized, and mission-driven individual to serve as our Enrollment and Office Administrator.
The Role This vital position is at the heart of our school community. The Enrollment and Office Administrator will be the first point of contact for prospective families, guiding them through the journey of joining the Assumption family. From leading school tours and managing our social media presence to supporting our daily front-office operations, this individual will play a key role in sharing the story of our school and ensuring our office runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing the enrollment and re-enrollment process (InfoSnap & PowerSchool).

Leading school tours and welcoming prospective families.

Creating engaging content for our social media and weekly newsletters.
