Community Presentation: Promoting Inclusion and Belonging
Parents and teachers will have the opportunity to engage in a presentation from Ms. Patrice Wakeley, MA, BA, Director of Institutional Equity and Belonging at San Francisco Friends School, and formerly the Director of Equity and Belonging at Bishop O'Dowd High School. During this session, Ms. Wakeley will discuss cultural awareness education for parents in promoting inclusion and belonging for all students.
The presentation will take place on January 22, 2026, at 7:00 pm in the Small Hall. You are encouraged to arrive a bit early (6:50 pm) to socialize with other parents and enjoy refreshments. Please note that childcare will be provided.
As an added benefit, your attendance will earn you one (1) parent hour and a free dress pass for your child to be used at a later date.
