Join the Auction Team – Make a Difference!

Assumption School relies on our incredible parent volunteers to bridge the gap between tuition and the actual cost of providing an excellent Catholic education. By joining the 2026 Auction Team, you’ll help support students, programs, and school spirit—all while having fun!

Event Details:

  • Date: February 28, 2026

  • Venue: DoubleTree, Pleasanton

We’re looking for enthusiastic parents to help with specific roles, so you can choose what fits your time and talents:

  • Silent Auction: Coordinate items and set up for bidding.

  • Live Auction: Collect items, gather descriptions/photos, and assist with bidding.

  • Donation Collection & Collation (3 people): Pick up items from the office, reconcile online listings, sort/store in the Auction Room, upload to our online Auction site, and label/distribute winners after the event.

  • Program Design & Printing: Create the auction program and banners, including sponsor logos, advertisements, live auction details, and letters. Arrange for banners to be made, hung, and removed.

  • Children’s Raffle Baskets (2 people): Collect tickets twice daily and run the final drawing the day before the auction.

  • Class Projects & Individual Projects (2 people): Coordinate student-created projects starting in January.

  • Table Assignments & Bidding Paddles: Help organize tables and pass out numbered paddles for the live auction.

Whether you can take on one role or more, every contribution matters and helps make the Auction a success.
