Assumption School is proud of the partnership with California Department of Education in using our remaining Emergency Assistance for Non-public Schools (EANS) funding from the Federal Government Pandemic Relief to provide Summer Bridge Activity Backpacks for Grades Kindergarten through 7th Grade for the 2023-2024 school year.
These Summer Bridge packets have a Summer Bridge book for students to complete assignment that take about 15 minutes a day, summer reading at their base grade level, reading log, and an activity like flashcards. It is highly recommended that students use these learning packs to prepare them for the next school year.
Separate Summer Reading and Math Packets for incoming 6th, 7th, and 8th graders are required for all our incoming JH students. Paper packets will be sent home before the end of the school year or can be picked up from the school office starting June 14.
