Assumption Community -
The generous outpouring of food items, personal items and gifts from the entire school community was overwhelming. Needless to say, I was amazed at the number of filled grocery carts and boxes that the student ministry committee brought over on Dec 11. The students were so friendly and helpful as they helped sort the items as well. Then last Saturday, Alli Fargo with her two boys came to help Vincentians load the boxes into the cars of our neighbors. So helpful.
All of these efforts coupled with the outpouring of Assumption Parishioners made this Christmas Drive so successful. Truly a great success and a sign of the generous community that Assumption is. I will say again - The Assumption School Community is the best! Thank you, thank you, and all the joys of Christmas and the peace of the New Year be with all. God Bless all.
