Thursday, August 21, is our annual Back to School Night for all parents, faculty and staff. Back to School Night is an informational meeting highlighting changes in the school and providing a quick introduction to the teachers and their plans for the year. This IS NOT a time for individual parent conferences with teachers as the timing is tight and teachers have worked a full day before this event.
At least ONE parent/guardian from every family must attend Back to School Night. Sorry, we are unable to provide childcare for this event.
- 6:30 p.m.-7:00 p.m.: Junior High parents should arrive in the Church for a Junior High presentation with all Junior High teachers. This presentation provides information about the policies for all Junior High students.
- 7 p.m.: ALL families will meet in the Church for a welcome and message from Fr. John and Mrs. Rocheford.
- 7:25 p.m. All parents should report to student classrooms at 7:25 p.m. for our first session.
- Junior High teachers will ONLY BE at the 7:25 p.m. Session.
- PRO-TIP: Priority should be given to the grade you have not previously attended or teacher you don't know. (If I have a 4th grader and an 8th grader, I will be attending the 8th grader’s session then go to the 4th grade session at 7:45 p.m.)
- 7:45 p.m.: For families that have more than one child, the second session will begin for TK through 5th grade.
- If you have a third child in a different grade, please contact the teacher for information. No third session will be available this evening.
- 8:10 p.m.: The classrooms will be closed at 8:10 p.m. for teachers to prepare for Friday’s full day of school.
Thank you for helping us start the year with the information you need to support your students!
