We’re so exited that CYO Sports will be able to resume this year and are busy registering players, runners and recruiting coaches. To start off the year the Athletic Directors from around the Diocese gathered at Moreau Catholic High School in Hayward for a seminar. The day began with mass celebrated by Fr. Bruce, the Moreau chaplain. Music was provided by our own Assumption choir members with some assistance from Moreau campus ministry. Fr. Bruce brought the Gospel to life by using three Assumption volunteers to demonstrate that there is more than one way to “Finish the Race”. There was so much Assumption pride in the room! Thanks to Zurian, Zebiu, Maya E., Melea, Leon, Mya K. and Mr. Vaughan. Great Job!!
