Block out August 19, 2022 for our Visiting Day from 2:00 - 3:00 p.m. to drop off supplies in the classrooms, meet your teachers, and see each other! We consider it a “soft open” of the school year.
NEW FAMILIES: Sign into FACTS Tuition Management - this portal is how we collect tuition. It is REALLY important that you use the link as this directly connects you to our site portal. Tuition starts in August.
7th grade families and NEW FAMILIES: Begin collecting all the health information needed for enrollment - we need a clean bill of health. A tuberculosis risk assessment is a requirement for Catholic schools but not commonly asked by other camps or public schools. Here is a letter about the school's health requirements and the form doctors fill out to complete this requirement. We also have a health questionnaire we ask families to fill out for our files that is on the last page of the doctor's form.
Complete the online Parent Talent Form. This is really just a chance for us to get a sense of our parents' talents. Not a required document but great for us. Also, fill out the Together We Can Pledge Form to indicate your annual fund fundraising goals for the school year (fundraising events include direct donations, Fun Run, and the Week of Giving).
Go shopping! We wear uniforms at Assumption so you can start school shopping anytime with our vendor Bancroft Uniforms. You do have to log on and use the Assumption-specific site. Here are the directions to order online with Bancroft.
We also have a uniform exchange at the school - uniform exchange is a program offering slightly used uniforms and polos that are washed and available for families for free. You can call the school office (510) 357-8772 to schedule an appointment.

Our Junior High families (Grades 6,7,8) can print the Junior High Summer Packets available here and due the first week of school.
