The 40th annual Diocese of Oakland competition brought together 7th and 8th Grade CYO volleyball teams from 11 parochial schools in our area. Assumption sent one combined 7th/8th Grade team to the tournament and made it to the 2nd round in their bracket. Congratulations to Coaches Sylvia Galindo, Bert Galindo, Coach Pedro Naranjo and each of the players for representing Assumption and showing their team spirit and sportsmanship.
