Pallen’s Martial Arts has a new look. Check out our brand new facility with an adults-only gym area. We have a new location, new youth and adult classes with weekend options, and
new ways to work out as a family.
Pallen’s has been working with families since 1968 to develop the martial arts methods that focus on body and mind in all the best ways. Today, parents can work out at our state-of-the-art gym, and watch their kids classes on video monitors. We welcome families that get active together.
You are not just joining a Bay Area martial arts institution with a unique and successful methodology, you are joining with other families in a mission to build a thoughtful community.
