As a part of the Fourth Grade Service Learning Project, Mrs. McConnell, Mrs. Martin , and the 4th Grade taught second and third grades about the importance of our three-tiered garbage system. 4th graders made posters and explained to small groups the importance of composting, recycling and reducing the amount of waste that enters into our landfill. They plan to go into other classrooms and help students SORT their garbage. Thank you Fourth Grade!
