Assumption Catholic School

From dissecting a flower to growing mold to testing pH to mummifying a chicken, the Assumption Science Program provides students with continuous hands-on activities as they work through the Diocesan Science Curriculum. Daily classes in a state-of-the-art Science Lab, enable students to experience science in a unique and challenging way. Teacher guided lab activities as well as student directed experiments keep our students’ young minds churning and small hands busy. The goal of the program is to continue to challenge and excite the students of Assumption. Annual Science Fair events as well as our new “Invention Convention” anchor the middle school years, while owl pellets and dinosaurs interest our younger students. Utilizing our on-site resources and those of the surrounding community, we strive to stay abreast of the ever evolving scientific world. Come Explore With Us!!
